We have extensive experience in the areas of Jefferson, Bullitt, Nelson, Spencer, Shelby and Oldham counties in Kentucky.

Unlike appraisers who may travel long distances to serve areas they don't understand, we focus our energies on a six county market area around Metro Louisville. You can be assured we do not service areas that we are unfamiliar with, or have insufficient knowledge or data.

We are familiar with all aspects of our service area, including geographic nuances, local zoning and property standards, regional MLS's, county specific court documents and courthouse operations, local property valuation officials, countywide tax data, and have a network of other real estate experts to assist us in rental data, construction data and building codes.
