Our certified professionals use high-tech laser measuring devices along with software systems to calculate your home's correct size. Your computer generated report will arrive as a PDF file and be ready to insert into your personalized marketing materials.
We adhere to the American National Standards Institute's (ANSI) standard for calculating square footage. ANSI Z765 is applicable to the measurement of detached single-family residential homes with open space on all sides. It can also be applied to attached single-family units such as row houses or townhouses.
The ANSI standard is the most widely recognized method for the calculation of square footage, and you can be assured that our professionals will "get it right" the first time. Marketing a home without the correct square footage can cost you thousands of dollars, and paying taxes on a home's incorrect square footage can add up to hundreds of dollars in overpayments!
